Our mission

The Hungarian Environmental Partnership Foundation aims at enhancing the development of an environmentally aware, participatory democratic society and institutional system by strengthening and supporting the civil environmental movements.

The foundation promotes the development of the environmental movement trough providing grants, training, fellowships and technical assistance where necessary.

Biker-friendly NGO

HEPF successfully candidated at the contest organized by the Ministry of Economics and Transport for “Biker-friendly Work Places”. We won a prize in the NGO category for supporting the civil cycling movement for many years. Among several others we can mention the Earth Day events connecting to the Critical Mass or the reconstruction of the old Rákoskert railway station which is now used as a cyclists center.
