Our mission

The Hungarian Environmental Partnership Foundation aims at enhancing the development of an environmentally aware, participatory democratic society and institutional system by strengthening and supporting the civil environmental movements.

The foundation promotes the development of the environmental movement trough providing grants, training, fellowships and technical assistance where necessary.

Retextil Tribe Action Group

Retextil Foundation’s aim is to promote an original know-how of recycling domestic and industrial second-hand textiles. Using a traditional, manual textile technique, the common human ability of creativeness can be developed and at same time textile waste be reduced. To create Retextil products – bags, puffs, swings – there is no need for any other sources except human energy and it also enhances the cooperation of groups and individuals.
HEPF supported the costs of a mobile tent, which will be used for demonstration and education purposes.
